perfect spot to explore parks and local charm

During my stay, I had the pleasure of enjoying delightful mornings with coffee by the lake as the sun rose while the kayaks and paddle boats were also available right behind the hotel for some adventure nearby, making it a great retreat for those who adore nature. If you enjoy city strolls and easy access to parks, this spot is great because it's less than 2 km from the stunning Oseetah Lake and within walking distance to lovely restaurants and a charming local market. The only downside was that there could have been more electrical outlets in the room, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience.

The location is stunning with a beautiful view of the

lake from our room. We enjoyed using the free kayak rentals, which added a lot of fun to our stay. However, the bathroom was quite cramped and could use some updates for comfort.

The lakefront Inn had a lot going for it, fantastic kayaking, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. However, the cleanliness was a concern, with some furniture in rough shape and staffing issues that left daily cleaning lacking. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

Would recommend for a city break

The scenic lakeside setting was ideal for family gatherings, yet the local area felt neglected, with many establishments closed. Kayaks made it easy to get on the water quickly, providing great fun during our stay.

the lakeside location of gauthier's saranac lake inn is absolutely stunning. we enjoyed the beautiful view right from our room. having canoes available for guests was a nice perk, and the staff was super friendly and helpful with local tips. everything was very clean, too, making it a cozy getaway.

Gauthier'S Saranac Lake Inn provided a pleasant stay during my recent work trip. The lakeside location was exceptional, allowing for scenic views that enhanced my mornings. The room was clean and well-equipped with a fridge and a Keurig, ensuring convenience during my stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive, addressing all my needs promptly.

The Wi-Fi connection was occasionally inconsistent, which was challenging for work purposes.

Beautiful lakeside getaway with great amenities

I recently stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room with Two Double Beds, and I loved the access to free kayaks and canoes right on the lake. The peaceful setting allowed for some breathtaking sunset views, making my stay truly relaxing. The staff were friendly and provided helpful information about local activities. However, I wish there were more electrical outlets in the room for charging devices.

The room was large with a refrigerator and a Keurig for coffee. The balcony offered a nice view of the lake, perfect for relaxation. Staff were really friendly and provided kayaks and bikes for fun by the water. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and inviting, a nice addition for the hot days.

The location was fantastic, as it was right on the lake and close to attractions like the Adirondack Carousel. I enjoyed taking a canoe out for a paddle and soaking in the beautiful scenery during sunset. However, the amenities in the room fell short. it felt outdated and lacked basic essentials like bath soap and an ironing board. The staff was friendly, but improvements are needed in room upkeep to enhance the experience.
